The March sky is dominated by the costellation of the lion that the gaze west to the weak costellation of the cancer and the star of Gemini.

High in the sky are the Ursa Major , followed by the Hounds.
Above the northen horizon, shining Cassiopea and Cefeo.

March is the month of Mercury.
From the middle of the month, you'll have the best visibility of the entire 2011.
Mercury will be visible just after sunset of the horizon west.
Saturn will be easily observable in the early evening.
Compared to least year, the greater inclination of the ring, we'll allow us, alow us to observe these amazing structures in details.

Il cielo di marzo è dominato dala costellazione del leone che svolge lo sguardo alla debole costellazione del Cancro e dei Gemelli.
Ad ovest le lumiose costellazioni invernali : Orione, Auriga, Cane Maggiore, Cane Minore,Toro, si stanno abbassando all'orizzonte .
Ad est vedremo la costellazione Bootes con la luminosa stella Arturo, non distante dala vErgine, che ad arricchire lo scenario ci sarà Saturno, che in questo epriodo si trova nella costellazione della Virgo.
Sopra il cielo vediamo la costellazione dell'Orsa Maggiore, seguita dai Cani da caccia.
Al di sopra del'orizzonte nord, brillano le costellazioni di Cassiopea e Cefeo.

Marzo è il mese di Mercurio, verso la metà del mese, avremo la maggiore visibilità del pianeta di tutto il 2011
Mercurio sarà visibile appena dopo il tramonto all'orizzonte ovest.
Saturno sarà facilmente osservabile in prima serata.
Rispetto all'anno scorso, la grande inclinazione degli anelli, ci aiuterà ad osservare queste stupende strutture nei dettagli.

1 marzo: congiunzione tra Luna e Venere al di sopra dell'orizzonte est
6 marzo: congiunzione di una falce di Luna con Giove.
10 marzo:Luna non lontana dalle Pleiadi.
13 marzo: occultazione della stella Propus dei Gemelli.
la sera del 15 marzo, poco dopo il tramonto, ci sarà una congiunzione tra Mercurio e Giove.
21 marzo: equinozio di primavera.
