Lunar craters

Finally I come back on my blog!
I observed the lunar's crater last night with my telescope and webcam and I'd like to share the lunar's pics here, on my blog; so someone can have look to the most beautiful gift that the nature has given us: the sky!
Let's start with the first crater..I'd like to introduce to you the Tycho crater!
It is a lunar impact crater located in the southern lunar higlands.
It is a young crater, with an estimated age about 108 million years and the asteroid that created it was almost as big as the one that caused the exinction of  the dinausars on the Earth about 65 million years ago and probably belonged to  the Baptistina family.
